The Organisers will be arranging a Buffet Reception for IMDEX ASIA 2009. This will be held in the evening of the first day of the Event ie. on 12th May 2009. The expected attendance will be approximately 800 to 1000 guests comprising Ministers, VIP Delegations, Conference Delegates, Speakers, Members of the press, Members of the Diplomatic Corps, senior members of the supporting organisations, senior members of industry and exhibitors who will all be invited to attend the Reception. This serves as an excellent networking opportunity for all.

Trade Invitation Flyer (Exclusive Sponsor)
Investment : £12,000
Invitation Flyers will be sent out to more than 25,000 potential trade visitors and conference delegates in the company database to invite them to register and attend IMDEX Asia 2009 Exhibition and Conference. This sponsorship will provide the sponsor company maximum exposure to reach more than 25,000 potential attendees.
Prior to the Exhibition
The sponsor company will have a full back page colour advertisement in the Invitation Flyer. (Organiser will provide specifications).
Acknowledgement of the sponsor company as the company that is sponsoring the invitation - "This Invitation is sponsored by ___".

VIP Luncheon (Exclusive Sponsor)

The IMDEX Asia 2009 Opening Ceremony Lunch Reception will be an exclusive buffet held at the VIP Suite located within the Exhibition Hall immediately after the Guest of Honour walk through of the Exhibition following the Opening Ceremony. All guests to the Opening Ceremony, estimated to be approximately 1000, will be invited to attend the lunch scheduled from 1230 hrs to 1400 hrs.

Registration Counter (Exclusive Sponsor)
Investment: £2,600
A Registration Counter for Exhibitors, VIP Delegations and Trade and Professional Visitors will be set up just outside the Exhibition Hall. The Sponsor Company will get excellent milleage and exposure as everyone attending the Event will report to the registration counter.
A separate Registration Counter will be set up for Conference Delegates to ensure greater efficiency in processing Security Passes.

The Welcome Bags will be issued to all Official VIP Delegation members and senior members of the RSN and MINDEF, expected to be about 300 of them. Each participating exhibitor will also be issued with two bags, estimated to be 200 companies.

Carrier Bags (Exclusive Sponsor)
Investment : £5,000
The organisers will be producing Carrier Bags (estimated quantity is 5,000 pieces) to contain the Show Directory and other information about the show. These will be distributed to all VIP Delegations, Trade and Professional Visitors and members of the press at the point of registration. The bags will provide high brand visibility for the sponsor, not only during the Event but also subsequently as there is a great likelihood of the bags being used in post-event occasions.

Every participant in the Event will be appropriately badged. This badge will be worn around the neck with a lanyard. More than 6000 badges and lanyards are expected to be issued. This is thus an excellent exposure and promotion exercise for the Sponsoring Company.

VIP Suite - Tables For Lunch (Days 2, 3 and 4 only) (Multiple Sponsors)
Rates:
* Booking for One Day (Minimum 4 guests) - £40 per head (Min 4 guests)
* Booking for Two Days (Minimum 4 guests) - £35 per head (Min 4 guests)
* Booking for Three Days (Minimum 4 guests) - £30 per head (Min 4 guests)
The VIP Suite is specially set up for use by our VIP Official Delegations and senior guests. Exhibitors may wish to reserve tables to entertain Official Delegation guests of their choice for lunch in this exclusive area.
A Table for 4, 6 or 8 people may be booked
Cost per person includes a full buffet lunch, wines and beer, tea and coffee served from 1200 hrs to 1400 hrs daily

The Press Centre will be set up in the Exhibition Hall to provide assistance to members of the press. It will serve as a nerve centre for journalists to conduct interviews, obtain information about the exhibiting companies and write their stories. Work stations with Internet access will be provided at the Press Centre along with light snacks and refreshments.

An Internet Station will be set up in the hall to provide internet access to exhibitors, delegates, VIP Delegations etc. The station will have a minimum of 4 PCs.

There are a number of advertising sites available at Singapore Expo both inside and outside the Exhibition Hall as well as in the extensive grounds of the facility. These banners enable advertisers to provide highly visible messages to the visitors, delegates, guests and VIP Delegations upon their arrival at the Expo Centre.
Outdoor Banners (Limited to 2 only)
- Rate: £2,000 per banner

- Rate: £1,500 per set of 2 banners, and £350 for every additional banner (up to maximum of 4)

Shuttle Buses - Multiple Sponsors
Rates: * One Bus - £1,000
* Package for 3 Buses - £750 per bus
* Package for 5 Buses - £500 per bus
Shuttle buses for Trade Visitors visiting Warships participating in IMDEX Asia 2009 at Changi Naval Base will ply at regular intervals between Singapore Expo and Changi Naval Base during the show period.
Shuttle buses are also organised for Exhibitors and Trade Visitors staying at the Official Hotels to bring them to Singapore Expo in the morning and bring them back to the Hotels at the end of each Show day.
Sponsor Company's Name and logo will be printed and placed prominently at the front of the bus
Sponsor Company will also be permitted to place their promotional materials within the bus for distribution to the international visitors who will be using these buses.

Golf Game - Exclusive or Multiple Sponsors
A Golf Game is planned for participating Heads of VIP Delegations. This will be held on the last day of the Show, on 14 May 2009. The Game will be played at the popular National Service Recreation & Country Club (NSRCC) at Changi. The Chief of Navy RSN and his Senior Officers will be joining in the game.
After the Golf Game, a Buffet Lunch Reception will be held. A simple Prize Presentation Ceremony will also be made. The Chief of Navy and his Senior Officers will also be in attendance.
The Sponsoring Company or Companies and the Organisers will host the Game and Lunch jointly.

Acknowledgement as Golf Game Sponsor on the IMDEX Asia 2009 website with a hyperlink to the website(s) of sponsor company or companies.
During the Golf Game
The Sponsor company or companies will be permitted to place a Welcome banner at the Entrance of the Club.
The Exclusive Sponsor will have its name and logo on all the pin flags on the Green.
The Sponsor company or companies will also be able to display its name(s) and logo(s) on the backdrop on the stage during Lunch Reception Speeches and Prize Presentation.
Exclusive Sponsor will have an opportunity to address the Lunch Gathering. Joint-sponsors will be acknowledged in the Organiser's Speech.

> Each Sponsor Company can invite up to 15 other guest Golfers to join the flights. Distribution of flights to be mutually agreed between sponsors.
